Pavle played tennis on junior ITF Tour growing up. He received a full scholarship from Newberry College, USA. After four successful years on men’s tennis team, he started his coaching career in 2008. He coached for 8 years at FS Southampton Club, NY where he ran the summer camp program, different clinics and private lessons for all tennis levels and ages. After leaving the USA, he coached in Beirut, Lebanon at RAH Tennis Academy, where he worked with two top Lebanese juniors. Following Lebanon, Pavle coached at another successful tennis academy, DSM in Shenzhen, China. After many years of coaching outside Serbia, Pavle returned back home in 2020, and since then he has been teaching tennis at Oasis Tennis Club, the home of Tennis Land Serbia Academy.
